Good design comes as standard....

1.All prices quoted are subject to change at anytime. Current clients would be notified of any changes in advance. In order to secure our services we must receive a 15% deposit within 10 working days of receipt of invoice.

2.Any changes our clients make to any contact details, West Coast Web Design  would need to be notified of as soon as possible in order for us to keep our client database up to date when it comes to sending out notifications of domain name renewals etc.

3.Invoices will be sent by e-mail and/or by post dependant upon our clients preferences.

4.Once an invoice has been received, you must pay in full within 10 working days from date of receipt of invoice.

5.Payment of web hosting and domain name registration must always be paid in advance. No refund can be made as a result of cancelling the web hosting.

6.It is your right as a client, to cancel a web hosting package at anytime. As a result, you will not be refunded for any losses.

7.Should a problem arise with the hosting server, West Coast Web Design will not in any way accept liability for any losses incurred.

8. Site maintenance is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum charge of 30 minutes. An annual contract is available. Charges are detailed on the Site Maintenance page.

9.Any material which is considered by us to be morally wrong or offensive will be refused publication. This includes pornography, drugs, violence, racism, etc.

10. West Coast Web Design cannot in any way be held responsible for the accuracy of any content in their clients websites.
